ACUPUNCTURE & DRY NEEDLING

Dr. Matthew Wilson is also a certified chiropractic acupuncturist, having undergone extensive acupuncture training through the International Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture (IACA). He incorporates various acupuncture techniques, including INMAS and Battlefield Acupuncture, to address numerous conditions, from musculoskeletal pain to allergies, headaches, and infertility. The World Health Organization recognizes acupuncture as beneficial for over 800 different conditions.

Additionally, Dr. Wilson is highly skilled in the practice of dry needling, a technique that targets myofascial trigger points to relieve myofascial pain and restore normal movement patterns.

Pain affects how your body moves. It is thought that dry needling changes the way the brain and muscles talk to each other to let the system return to a more normal movement pattern.
